Here are some answers to some common questions about visiting the Peak District with kids:
Is the Peak District worth visiting?
Is the Peak District child friendly?
Absolutely! From gentle family walks in the Peak District to traffic-free cycle tracks that are relatively flat, to all the various Peak District family activities and attractions, there is more than enough to occupy a family for an entire week. Plus there is a fantastic range of family friendly self-catering cottages, and family campsites to stay, and pretty much all the cosy and characterful pubs in the Peak District are extremely welcoming to young kids (muddy boots and all).
